Louise has worked at Ashley Court for 27 years, starting in 1998. She began as a carer, progressed to senior carer, and in 2003 became an Activities Coordinator, while still working part-time as a senior carer before fully focusing on activities. She remains registered as a bank carer and provided vital support during the COVID-19 pandemic by covering night shifts.

Louise is passionate about engaging residents in activities and bringing joy to their lives. Over the years, she has built strong friendships with staff and close bonds with residents. Her dedication includes attending residents’ weddings, taking them to special events like the Hibs Club Christmas Dinner, celebrating milestones such as 100th birthdays with mayoral visits, and supporting them at family gatherings.
