Canalympics 2026

A huge well done to Team Kirk Lane and Team Holmesview for taking part in the West Lothian Canalympics 2026!

Our residents had a fantastic day filled with fun, laughter, teamwork, and plenty of competitive spirit!

From bean bag throwing and penalty shootouts to hook-a-duck and sock pairing, everyone got involved, and what a result!

The Canalympics, organised by West Lothian Leisure’s Xcite Ageing Well initiative, gives care home residents the opportunity to enjoy physical activity, social connection, and friendly competition in a fun and accessible environment.
