A lovely day out at Ratho!
Our residents from Fidra House recently enjoyed a wonderful canal cruise in Ratho, with plenty of time spent outdoors thanks to some fantastic weather.
The volunteers did an excellent job sharing fascinating stories about the history of the canal, as well as interesting facts about the boat itself. Our residents were very impressed with their knowledge!
One resident even took their learning a step further, using headphones to listen to additional facts and history that weren’t covered during the cruise.
A big thank you to the fantastic volunteers for making the trip so enjoyable, and to our brilliant bus driver, Jimmy, too.
