Celebrating Members of the Team

As we continue celebrating 40 years, we’re shining a spotlight on the remarkable individuals who make Randolph Hill so special. Today we thank Margaret Campbell for her years of dedicated service.
Margaret’s journey with Randolph Hill began in 1998 when she joined as a Staff Nurse in Dunblane. Her dedication, clinical expertise, and compassionate approach to care quickly became evident, and she rose through the ranks to become Deputy Manager by 2002. After a few years gaining valuable leadership experience managing an independent care home, Margaret returned to Randolph Hill, where she was appointed Deputy Manager of Ashley Court in June 2005.
In 2009, Margaret took on a new challenge as Manager of Holmesview, later being promoted to Senior Manager. Her decade-long leadership there was marked by exceptional service, community integration, and a strong, united team. Margaret often reflects on how hard it was to leave Holmesview, a home that had become so dear to her, for a promotion to Group Nurse Manager/Operations Manager in October 2021. Her leadership continued to shape the high standards across all Randolph Hill homes.
Throughout her career, Margaret has been guided by inspirational mentors, including her former manager who later became Director of Nursing. She has witnessed Randolph Hill evolve into the outstanding organisation it is today and is proud to have played a part in that journey. Her contributions have helped ensure that resident care remains of the highest quality, staff are continually supported and trained, and that each home is beautifully maintained and fully equipped to meet all care needs.
Now semi-retired, Margaret continues to serve part-time as a Senior Nurse Manager, assisting at Randolph Hill Dunblane, returning to her roots with the same passion and commitment that marked the start of her career.
Margaret has always valued the strong culture of appreciation at Randolph Hill, from heartfelt birthday and Christmas celebrations to thoughtful recognition of staff milestones. Reflecting on her recent retirement celebration, she fondly shared, “I really appreciated the wonderful retirement event – especially the clock and the cake!”
Margaret’s career is a shining example of growth, leadership, and unwavering commitment to excellence in care. Her legacy continues to inspire those around her.
