Continuing our 40th anniversary celebrations, we’re highlighting the incredible people who make Randolph Hill what it is today.

Carol Campbell joined Randolph Hill Group in 1999 as PA to Mr Elliot Nichol who was the owner of the Randolph Hill Group until his death in 2009. Carol later became Office Manager.

“In Head Office, we have a fantastic team. Everyone who joins our team at head office seems to stay – that speaks of how amazing Randolph Hill Group is as a company.

Throughout my career, I have experienced several defining moments that have shaped my approach and expertise. One such moment has been how the company has established itself within the care industry. Over the past 26 years with the company, I feel as though I have played a pivotal role within head office.

Another significant milestone was when I received my gift last year for being with the company for 25 years, reinforcing my dedication and passion for my work. Each year has played a part in shaping my journey, driving me to continuously improve and strive for excellence with the company.

A particularly exciting moment in my work has been the arrival of Elliot Nichol’s son in the company. His fresh perspective and enthusiasm has brought a new energy to our team. Seeing him integrate into the business, contributing new ideas, while learning from experienced colleagues, has been a refreshing experience. It’s inspiring to witness how the next generation is stepping in, eager to grow and make an impact.”
