Celebrating Members of The Team

The 40th anniversary festivities carry on as we honour the outstanding people who shape Randolph Hill every day.
Today we thank Sebastian Gomes for his years of dedicated service.

Seb started working for the Randolph Hill Group in September 2010, joining as a care assistant at Ashley Court, and progressing to a senior carer position. We bid him a fond farewell as he retires from our home. We are very thankful for his years of dedicated service and have presented him with his 15 years’ service badge and gift.

Seb says the best things about working for Randolph Hill are “The management is very good, approachable at any time, and very helpful. There is also a good working environment and good salary.
I particularly enjoy the summer event. It is very well organised, and residents, families and staff enjoy this together – it feels like a big family.”
