Celebrating Outstanding Achievement
Following Randolph Hill’s success in recent years at the Scottish Care Awards, we invited colleagues, residents, and families to nominate staff members that they felt should be recognised for outstanding achievement in care for the 2026 awards.

We have received a large number of nominations this year and have since reviewed each, and the lengths that each nominee has gone to above and beyond their role. We have also considered whether the details described fall into the award categories and criteria set out by Scottish Care. Due to the extensive preparation involved, we will submit a smaller selection to the next stage for Scottish Care to consider, and are will be in touch directly with those individuals/ teams.
As part of celebrating Randolph Hill’s 40 Year Anniversary milestone, we are also internally recognising a number of nominees who have delivered exceptional service and demonstrated outstanding commitment and dedication. In recognition of their contribution and the high standards they uphold, the following nominees will also receive a commemorative trophy and a further reward as a token of our appreciation.
