UK’s Top 10 Small Providers in the Lottie Awards 2026.

Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group has been named one of the UK’s Top 10 Small Providers in the Lottie Awards 2026.

This is Lottie’s second year hosting the awards, and a truly remarkable achievement given the thousands of care home listings published on Lottie across England, Scotland and Wales. It’s something our team are immensely proud of!

Lottie’s winners are selected based on a robust, data-driven assessment across seven weighted categories: regulatory ratings, enquiry handling data, listing media and assets, facilities, activities, listing freshness, and Google reviews. Each category is weighted according to its significance. Equally, Lottie’s approach combines both our own listing data and trusted external sources, including the regulators above and Google reviews, to ensure a fair, well-rounded selection of outstanding care homes.
